Payment security

Online payments are processed by our payment partners over secure connections. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or net-banking details.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider. If it is not, contact us with your transaction details and we will help.
