Ragi Choco Malt is a chocolate-flavoured malt drink mix made with ragi (finger millet) and cocoa. Similar commercial formulations combine sprouted ragi with cocoa and ingredients such as almonds, cashews, cardamom and traditional sweeteners to create a smooth, chocolate-flavoured beverage mix.

The powder can be blended with warm or cold milk to prepare a smooth malt drink with a pleasant chocolate aroma and the characteristic earthy flavour of ragi. It can also be used in smoothies and selected baking preparations, making it a versatile ingredient for everyday beverage and food preparation.

Key Ingredients:

• Ragi / Finger Millet
• Cocoa Powder
• Almonds
• Cashews
• Cardamom
• Natural Sweetener such as jaggery, palm sugar or cane sugar

Serving Suggestions:

1. Mix 2–3 teaspoons of Ragi Choco Malt with approximately 150–200 ml warm milk and stir thoroughly.
2. It can also be prepared with cold milk for a chilled beverage.
3. Mix with warm water for a lighter preparation.
4. Blend with banana and milk or yogurt to prepare a chocolate ragi smoothie.
5. Add to cookie, pancake or other baking mixtures for a chocolate-ragi flavour.

Storage Type:

1. Store in a cool and dry place.
2. Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.
3. After opening, keep the powder in an airtight container.
